GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
• The rates quoted in the contract are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and includes all taxes.
• All rates are exclusive of Tourism Dirham fee of AED 20 per bedroom per night. This fee will be charged directly to the guest.
• All discounted promotions extended will apply to room rates, extra person charges, and meal supplements..
OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS.
• The rates and free sale will be activated once the hotel receives a duly signed copy of the contract.
• During the holy month of Ramadan and certain other public holidays, there may be restrictions on the operation of the hotel's restaurants and bars in accordance with UAE law..
• Any service interruption or deficiencies caused by unforeseen reasons or events beyond the control of the hotel management shall be considered as force majeure. The hotel management and staff shall be indemnified against any harm resulting from such events.
• Company agrees to feature FIVE LUXE in their website, brochure, or Tour Operator brochures, as appropriate. All printed material must be submitted to and approved by the Director of Marketing of FIVE LUXE prior to publication. FIVE LUXE will provide high resolution images as required.
